MY plea to all and sundry
Please continue to debate
On the economy
Spare not our anger and agony
Tell our Menteris and YBs
That we’re fed up with their antics
And their infantile politics.

That applies to YB Karpal Singh
The lion and the king
Who says Khairy’s juvenile
That’s like being a child
Though he’s a grown man
So very sure of himself
And wants to be Perdana Menteri
When he’s forty
So goes the story.

So Khairy the MP says
Karpal the lion is senile
That’s like saying
He’s doddering
Suffering from dementia
Sudah nyanyuk mudah lupa
Not knowing what’s a smile
And what’s a holler.

So Karpal the Lion King
The lawyer of standing
Allegedly called Khairy’s
Youth Wing, celaka
That cuts deeply
For celaka is,
To say the least,
Is most uncomplimentary.

But the Lion has been
Acting strangely
Brooding and angry
With all and sundry
Once he sounded bit
Like a summon from the pulpit
When he told his brother Anwar
To repent and taubat
For encouraging the BN MPs
To lompat lompat.

So someone very nasty
Sent him some bullets
That made the Lion
Pissed and angry.

I would rather
They sent him chocolates
Not threats and bullets
Better boxes of sweet tasty chocolates
What good are the bullets
When there’s no gun to fire?
Boxes of chocolates are much better
Eat too much and you’re sure to expire
From diabetes and high blood pressure
No need bullets and guns for hire.

Khairy does no such thing
Not to his nemesis Mr Karpal Singh
Instead he sent his lethal weapon
Of all the places to the Parliament
To rough up the wheel chair-bound
Veteran lawyer
For calling Umno Youth celaka.

Alas the antics of politics
Does not end there
The road show
Has to continue somewhere
So why not in Ipoh,
Under a shady raintree?

The lesson here
My beloved and my dear,
If any,
Don’t you go cutting those trees
For one day
They may come handy
To convene the sitting of
The State Assembly
When you are in emergency
Because the State Secretariat
Is under lock and key.

So I wonder
Who’ll prevail on the river
And who’ll be kings of the two hills
Between the batang and the bukit
The Pakatan and the Barisan
Have them made.

But mistaken not about the batang
Nothing sinister, nothing vulgar
For batang in Iban language means river
And ai has nothing to do,
If you must know,
With the PKR supremo
To the Ibans
Batang Ai means the big river
Nothing vulgar, nothing sinister.

So much for my not so clever puisi
To be read but not taken seriously
Because I too
Suffer from temporary senility
And, occasionally, insanity
Thanks to the antics of our YBs.

I always respect people who can convey messages through Gurindam...Sorry am not good enough to oblige you with a response. But it looks like PERAK is moving towards the status of a FAILED STATE.
Tak Apalah asalkan the Whole of Malaysia does not follow suit.

Najib should ensure that when he comes into power the country is in a stable condition in order for him to concentrate on stabilising UMNO..... Too late for that now...
He's going to be battling internal and external forces plus the economic instability. Gooood Luuuuckk

    Aku Seorang Jalang

    “Sekejaplah you”
    Aku ingin jadi seperti
    seorang jantan.

    Salam DAKJ

OKlah Dato’. Let’s take a break and talk about health. Since you mention about dementia, today I’m going to explain a little bit more. Dementia by definition is a syndrome characterize by impairment of memory and at least one of the other domain (aphasia, apraxia, agnosia, executive function). It can be diagnosed clinically or by using several specific criteria such as MMSE (Mini mental state examinations), DSM-IV or NINCDS-ADRDA. The clinical symptoms of dementia includes unable to recall, unable to think wisely, accuse without proof (Celaka), inappropriate act (meeting under a tree), talk nonsense (I’m better than others), talk rubbish (kerajaan haram, kerajaan halal) and so on. But I’m not sure either ‘flip flop’ decision includes in the definition. For the management, there are 2 groups of drug which are effective and approved by FDA. 1st is the acetylcholine receptor inhibitor such as rivastigmine, tacrine, donapexil and galantamine. It acts by increase the acetylcholine chemical in the brain. The later is memantine which acts at the NMDA receptor antagonist.
For prevention, there are lots of controversy. Antioxidant such as Vitamin E, Vitamin C, beta carotene, Flavinoids were tested but failed to give a significant outcome. Hormonal therapy such as estrogen and progesterone also failed to change the outcome and in fact it may increase incidence of thrombosis and cancers. Others such as NSAIDS, COX 2 inhibitor, Ginkgo Biloba and Vitamin B6, B12 and folate failed to show any promising result. Tongkat Ali and Kacip Fatimah were not tested as an anti- aging drugs yet as far as my knowledge. However, by treating hypertension and hyperlipidaemia aggressively, it will reduce the incidence and severity of dementia. So, don’t forget to take your hypertensive and cholesterol drugs (especially statin) because its help a lot.
For the future direction, lots of on going studies including testosterone supplementation being tested and so far it shows a promising result. TQ.

MEANWHILE, WHY DON'T YOU RECITE THE QURAN? DAPAT JUGA PAHALA SUNAT.I'LL ALERT YOU ONCE THE BABY IS ASLEEP.

    SO WE BEGAN WITH..
A'UZUBILLAH..IMPATIENTLY WE ASKED 'YANG, ANAK DAH TIDO? BELUM LAGI YANG... CAME THE ANSWER.
    BISMILLAH...THIS TIME SHE CALLED ON.

    SADAKALLAH UL'AZIM.. THE RECITATION ENDED.

  26. Bravo Dato,it is a beautiful piece of work there, maybe all of the newspaper whether they are aligned to opposition or BN should publish that as an effort to remind their supporters and Malaysians alike that the general election is over and know the economic crisis is just begining as amatter effect come march8 this year it will be the anniversary of the political tsunami that swept Malaysian of their feet, some fill with hope and others with fear.Unfortunately another tsunami is about to hit us,and indications are we are heavilly unpreaperd to face it.This tsunami will not be fill with hope, however, just fear and devastation. The social cost of an economic crisis is a devastation indeed.Hopefully, with the publication of the artwok, the YB's will start to focus on the economy as their supporters will demand them to do so due to the awareness given from Dato. Those who can give meaningful contribution towards the economy will certainly win my vote in the next general election as they have proven their leadership capabilities against the economic tsunami that pundits sre saying is the worst since the great depression.I would like Dato to further write articles to inform us on our economic state so that more people will be aware of the tsunami beyond the cloudy horizon.

Kalau macam ni laa tindakan diorang, taknak ikut undang-undang langsung. Apa-apa, semua nak settle atas jalan. Dah la mulut takde insuran (read Karpal Singh), samseng pulak tu. Penjenayah India kena tembak pun dianggapnya polis tu 'racist'. Nak buat demonstrasi lagi.

Saya terbayang pentadbiran negara ala Hitler a.k.a Nazi. Saya tengok style Anwar, saya bukan meluat, tapi saya jadi takut, risau.

Bukan apa ni datuk, saya bercakap berdasarkan pengamatan saya. Tengok keadaan kat Perak tu amat menakutkan. Sultan tak sokong diorang, nak dihentaknya Raja Muda tu. Lepas tu dalam blog internet, macam-macam dihinanya Sultan-sultan Melayu ni.

Apa salahnya selesaikan kat mahkamah? Bukankah negara kita ada undang-undang?

Saya ni risau lah datuk, gurindam gurau-gurauan pun gurau-gurauan lah. Macamana esok kita nak cari makan? Macamana esok nak bagi anak-bini makan?

    Dato',

    1) Nobody can deny that PR has the advantage over BN in terms of the vocality of voices in the cyberspace.

    2) However just like the many attendees at PR 'ceramah', this does not translate to votes most of the times. The proof is very clear, BN was elected as the Fed Govt by the MAJORITY of Malaysian.

    3) The PR supporters/sympathizers should realize that the SILENT MAJORITY of Malaysian public are reasonable minded lot. Do you really think they would agree to what you guys are doing?

    4) Have we not seen this "drama" before? In 1997-1999 we had the same huha huha and the same "actors" are playing in it.

    5) Anwar's strategy to drag BN to play politics 24/7 until GE13 (and hoping that BN will forget to manage the economy) will fail. He tried it before in 1998 and it was a disaster for him.

    6) Like I said, Malaysian are reasonable bunch of people. No doubt just like in 1997-1999, most of the people supporting the opposition are "young" people. The only reason why these people seem to be supportive of PR is because they are the ones who suffer the most in the past few years under the mismanagement of Pak Lah...(nak lepas geram..darah muda)

    7) BN won the battle in Perak. The WAR will be won not in the political arena but economy. This has been proven by Tun M before. Najib knows this and this is what he is doing now (moving on from the Perak drama and focus on economy). Anwar ALSO knows this and that is why he is still playing the drama!

  39. SALAM DATO',

Dr. Haji Mohd. Puad Zarkashi [Batu Pahat]: Bukit Gelugor, Bukit Gelugor minta penjelasan sedikit sahaja. Sedikit boleh?

Tuan R. Karpal Singh [Bukit Gelugor]: Boleh, boleh.

Dr. Haji Mohd. Puad Zarkashi [Batu Pahat]: Tidak, penjelasan sahaja.

Be truly professional to high standard of professionalism conduct must be beyond reproach”. Conduct must be beyond reproach dan show high standard the professionalism.

Dia menyatakan dengan izin we have strong evidence.

Dalam kita tidak mengetahui isi kandungan seksyen 58 Akta MACC yang menyatakan dengan izin no prosecution shall be instituted except on the consent of the Public Prosecutor.

Dato' Abd. Rahman Dahlan [Kota Belud]: Ya tetapi jangan cakap Pemuda UMNO. Ada bukti tidak?

Tuan R. Karpal Singh [Bukit Gelugor]: Kerana Pemuda UMNO ini adalah celaka.

Dato' Abd. Rahman Dahlan [Kota Belud]: Tarik balik Tuan Yang di-Pertua ini sudah gila ke?

Dato’ Haji Ismail bin Mohamed Said [Kuala Krau]: Tuan Yang di-Pertua tarik baliklah.

Tuan R. Karpal Singh [Bukit Gelugor]: Jangan ganggu saya.

Dato’ Haji Ismail bin Mohamed Said [Kuala Krau]: Mana ada bukti Pemuda UMNO ada peluru.

Tuan M. Manogaran [Telok Intan]: Eh rasa pedas kah?

Dato’ Haji Ismail bin Mohamed Said [Kuala Krau]: Sangkaan Pemuda UMNO ada peluru mana ada.

Dato' Abd. Rahman Dahlan [Kota Belud]: Cakap kurang ajar boleh. Kalau saya cakap boleh?

Dr. Haji Mohd. Puad Zarkashi [Batu Pahat]: Tarik baliklah, minta tarik balik.

Timbalan Yang di-Pertua [Datuk Dr. Haji Wan Junaidi Tuanku Jaafar]: Yang Berhormat, Yang Berhormat tunggu Yang Berhormat.

Dato’ Haji Ismail bin Mohamed Said [Kuala Krau]: Tarik balik.

Timbalan Yang di-Pertua [Datuk Dr. Haji Wan Junaidi Tuanku Jaafar]: Kalau semua kita cakap Yang Berhormat siapa yang hendak dengar lagi?

    Beberapa Ahli: [Menyampuk]

Timbalan Yang di-Pertua [Datuk Dr. Haji Wan Junaidi Tuanku Jaafar]: Yang

Berhormat, Yang Berhormat duduk Yang Berhormat.

Tuan R. Karpal Singh [Bukit Gelugor]: Jangan main.

Dato' Abd. Rahman Dahlan [Kota Belud]: Jangan main apa?

Timbalan Yang di-Pertua [Datuk Dr. Haji Wan Junaidi Tuanku Jaafar]: Kalau tidak perlu duduklah Yang Berhormat duduk Yang Berhormat. Okey sudah duduk semua. Bukit Gelugor teruskan ucapan tetapi saya tidak hendak dengar lagi celaka ini Yang Berhormat. Ini sepatutnya tidak dipakailah Yang Berhormat.

Tuan R. Karpal Singh [Bukit Gelugor]: Kerana ini adalah apa yang benar.

Timbalan Yang di-Pertua [Datuk Dr. Haji Wan Junaidi Tuanku Jaafar]: Bukan soal ...

Tuan R. Karpal Singh [Bukit Gelugor]: Kebenaran Tuan Yang di-Pertua.

Timbalan Yang di-Pertua [Datuk Dr. Haji Wan Junaidi Tuanku Jaafar]: Bukan soalan...

Dato’ Haji Ismail bin Haji Mohamed Said [Kuala Krau]: Mana ada benar Pemuda UMNO celaka.

Timbalan Yang di-Pertua [Datuk Dr. Haji Wan Junaidi Tuanku Jaafar]: Saya minta...

Tuan R. Karpal Singh [Bukit Gelugor]: Pemuda UMNO adalah celaka.

    Beberapa Ahli: [Bangun] [Menyampuk]

Dato’ Haji Ismail bin Haji Mohamed Said [Kuala Krau]: Tuan Speaker, Peraturan Mesyuarat 36(4).

Timbalan Yang di-Pertua [Datuk Dr. Haji Wan Junaidi Tuanku Jaafar]: Saya minta Yang Berhormat tarik balik celaka ini.

Tuan R. Karpal Singh [Bukit Gelugor]: Ada demonstrasi, Tuan Speaker di Pulau Pinang.

Dr. Haji Mohd. Puad Zarkashi [Batu Pahat]: Dia memang hendak mencabar sebenarnya.

Dato’ Haji Ismail bin Haji Mohamed Said [Kuala Krau]: Hendak mencabar ini, memang hendak mencabar.

Dato’ Abd.

Dato’ Haji Ismail bin Haji Mohamed Said [Kuala Krau]: Bukit Gelugor sengaja hendak mencabar.

    Beberapa Ahli: [Bangun]

Timbalan Yang di-Pertua [Datuk Dr. Haji Wan Junaidi Tuanku Jaafar]: Yang Berhormat, perkataan ini memang tidak boleh dipakai, Yang Berhormat.

Dato’ Haji Ismail bin Haji Mohamed Said [Kuala Krau]: 36(4).

Timbalan Yang di-Pertua [Datuk Dr. Haji Wan Junaidi Tuanku Jaafar]: Saya minta tadi jangan Yang Berhormat sebut lagi perkataan ‘celaka’ tetapi masih keluar juga. Itu sahaja. Jadi siapa yang Yang Berhormat sumpah...

Tuan R. Karpal Singh [Bukit Gelugor]: Baiklah, Tuan Speaker.

Timbalan Yang di-Pertua [Datuk Dr. Haji Wan Junaidi Tuanku Jaafar]: ...tetapi perkataan ini memang tidak boleh dipakai.

Tuan R. Karpal Singh [Bukit Gelugor]: Jika Tuan Speaker tidak sukai, saya tarik balik. Itu tidak ada apa-apa masalah.

Timbalan Yang di-Pertua [Datuk Dr. Haji Wan Junaidi Tuanku Jaafar]: Ha, tarik balik, Yang Berhormat.

Tuan R. Karpal Singh [Bukit Gelugor]: Saya sudah tarik balik.

    Seorang Ahli: Duduk, duduk!

Timbalan Yang di-Pertua [Datuk Dr. Haji Wan Junaidi Tuanku Jaafar]: Tarik balik, sudah tarik balik.
    Beberapa Ahli: [Menyampuk]

Timbalan Yang di-Pertua [Datuk Dr. Haji Wan Junaidi Tuanku Jaafar]: Duduk yang lain. Jangan ganggu lagilah. Dengar sahaja.

  42. Sedap dibaca gurindam Datuk. Biasalah orang bahasa.

Tapi Datuk selepas menegur, siap bergurindam pula mengenai isu apa? Palestin? Kemiskinan? Ekonomi?

    Tak. Politik juge. Heheh.

Tapi saya abaikan sajalah. Datuk ni orang tua, mungkin masa tu dalam
    keadaan temporary senility. Heheh.

    Salam DAKJ

    Hari ini dalam sejarah.
Pementasan teater Laksamana Do Re Mi telah dimainkan sekali lagi . Meeting dibawah pokok telah bermula. Laksamana Do (MB Dulu) telah dihantar oleh Maharaja Pasir Berdengung (Maharaja Sing) untuk bertemu dengan Raja Pasir Dua Butir (Raja Siva) dibawah pokok beringin. .

Ini bukannya original tapi apa yg saya sedut dpd Youtube yg bertajuk "Why are some countries poor". Menurut kata yg ampuya upload tu, majoriti rakyat di negara2 misikin tidak mengamalkan prinsip2 asas berikut:

1 Ethics as a basic principle
    2 Integrity
    3 Responsibility
4 Respect to the laws and rules
5 Respect to the rights of other citizens
    6 Work loving
7 Strive for savings and investments
    8 Will of super action
    9 Punctuality
    10 Dicipline

    Baca & dengar baik-baik Bakri k.r

Dulu saya pun macam Bakri, terlalu pro-PKR...

    Tapi kini...

Saya melihat bukan sahaja dengan minda, tapi dengan hati.

Terang nampaknya semua sekarang,Durhakanya mereka ini terlalu tamak kuasa.

    So, conclusion,

    Karpal score 1
    Permuda score 0

Karpal won depite his handicap. He still kept his title, the "Lion of Jelutong". Any objection?
