Jangan Biarkan Isu Dalaman PKR Jangkiti PH

A Kadir Jasin

1.Dr Mahathir calon Perdana Menteri;

2. Datin Seri Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail calon Timbalan Perdana Menteri;

Malah dia sanggup masuk lokap kerana mempertahankan dakwaannya.

1. Mengenakan tuduhan jenayah ke atas orang atau orang-orang yang melakukan hubungan seks songsang dalam video tersebut;

Kerbau suka berkubang. Jadi dipalit lumpur adalah perkara biasa. Tetapi kita bukan kerbau. Kita manusia.

Wallahuaklam.

Dato AKJ,

Cukup-cukuplah kita mendapat malu diperingkat dunia sebelum ni, dah tukar kerajaan pun kita jadi 'famous for a wrong reason' lagi...

Salam Dato’ Kadir

Kesian Dato’. Saya cukup kesian dekat Dato’ sekarang sebab nampak serba tak kena. Begitu jugalah dgn Tun Mahathir. Macamnilah Dato’. Izinkan saya memberi sedikit nasihat. So, agak agak layak ke pemimpin2 yg Dato’ sebutkan tu menjadi pemimpin?

Keduanya, saya cukup kecewa dgn Ketua Polis Negara yg baru ni. Alih-alih dalaam video semburit ni, dia kata video tu tulen tapi pelakunya tak pasti. Orang kata kalau nak seribu daya, kalau tak nak seribu dalih. Ingat sikit tugas tu adalah amanah dari 32 juta rakyat Malaysia, yang nak tahu siapa sebenarnya sebelum memilih pemimpin yg Islam gariskan. Jangan main-main kalau cakap tipu, nanti muflis di akhirat nanti. Sebab itulah ramai sahabat rasullullah takut nak jadi pemimpin dahulu sebab besarnya tanggung jawab.

Tiada langsung perasan malu, siap beri alasan kata saja je orang nak jatuhkan pemimpin. Apani Tun. So, apa beza Tun Mahathir dengan Najib Razak yg tiada langsung perasaan malu yg sepatutnya ada dikalangan pemimpin. Saya sendiri rasa malu dgn perbuatan Tun tu.

Banyak lagi saya nak katakan tapi saya stop disini dulu. Sekian TQ.

Dato....PDRM mestilah lebih telus dlm menjalankan tanggungjawabnya. Jangan la cuba memihak. Jgn biarkan rakyat menekan neka. Jangan juga jadi spt AG, nmpk sangat bias dgn kjann dap-ph. Di parlimen pun rakyat sedang melihat ketidakadilan berlaku. Speaker Dan timbalan2 speaker yg berat sebelah dlm menjatuhi hukuman. Mahukan Kita seorang bakal pm yg mempunyai rekod selera songsang?

Anwar Ibrahim getting on a high horse and being so moralistic concerning Azmin Ali...that sure takes the cake. A kuali calling the kettle black.

Are people in PH suffering mass amnesia and forgetting about Anwar's CONVICTION for sodomy? Among other things. He was pardoned? That's just the technical part, with the Agong under pressure to sign the pardon. But the fact remains of Anwar's misdeeds.

Do we want people like him and Azmin leading us? Only those with agendas want Anwar to be PM. The DAP especially. They are selective and will ignore and justify anything about Anwar. Because they believe he will be a tool for them to screw the Bumiputra and Islam in Malaysia. That's their main plan...something that will result in strife and chaos in the country later on.

Many of us hope Mahathir will do us all a huge favour before he bows out - please make sure neither Anwar or Azmin or others with questionable character become the PM. PLEASE! For the sake of our country.

Salam Dato,

I refer to the comments made by political leaders and police regarding the Sandakan video. It is important that we differentiate between wrongs and rights before making relevant comments.

The WRONGS :
1) Homosexual activities between men are serious crimes under existing laws which the offender can be jailed for more than 10 years.
2) High ranking political leader or minister with legally married family and children yet caught with homosexual activities with another man is morally wrong in any society in the world. Note that this is completely different situation from a single LGBT man sleeping with another man.
3) Distributing sex or obscene video is also an offence under multimedia and communication and other laws.
4) Illegally recording of someone’s activities in closed doors is also a criminal offence.

The RIGHTS :
a) Exposing someone’s homosexual activities especially a political leader with family (as mentioned in item 2 above) is considered a whistle blower. It is the right thing to do as long as it is done legally otherwise the person’s activity will be subjected to offences under items (3) and (4) above.
b) Masterminding an initiative to expose someone doing illegal activities and committing a crime (refer to items 1 and 2 above) is not wrong as long as it is done legally. Otherwise an offence such as item 4 is committed and subjected to punishment under the relevant law.

With reference to the video, there are some misconceptions :
1) Even with today’s advanced AI technology (the most advanced is in Hollywood), it is impossible to insert a face/body into a video to make the person the real actor of the video. Meaning an actor cannot sleep at home while movie director asks another person to perform all the movie actions as per script. Thereafter insert the picture of the actor into the movie as if the actor acts or does all the actions himself. That explains why even until today, all actors and actresses must spend very long time acting for each action.

2) What is technically possible is the “body double” performs some of the actions in some segment of the video while the actor himself also acts in such a way that he synchronizes the body double’s actions. Both segments of the videos are then merged and edited to look as if the actor did all the actions himself. In short, the posture of both actors must match then only merging the video segment is possible.

Also note that the Sandakan video may not look so clear because it was recorded with the light off except some beams from the TV. The video quality can be improved/ sharpened considerably using the latest advanced video editing software which I hope our police know how to do it.

I hope with the above explanation, we don’t hear all the silly comments especially from our politicians.

The person who was asked to look into the mirror lacks all the good values and qualities, except impatient and incompetency, to be entitled as a politician leader. He has tons of shortcomings to disqualify himself as our next premier. Just look at the current chaos he has created. Undeniably, he has totally failed to preside over his own party of barely 1 million members. For sure, the future kismet of the nation will be in enormous doubts if he were to take over the helm. So, whoever can be our PM, excluding this particular person as we are repelled by his lousy past records. It is far too risky to let it happen. If all goes well, the upcoming final episode of Sandakan drama will end well as well with the revelation of mastermind behind the gutter politics plot turns out to be him. Then, it is truly a blessing in disguise to allow us to see clearly the true colours of him who literally shedding his own sheep's clothing to nakedly expose himself in the public. There and then, the PH Presidential Council may call to review the consensus of PM8 decision. Dream on and fingers crossed.

Nampaknya keris tertikam perut sendiri. Terburai nampaknya . Bila soldadu-soldadu media sosial nak mula ubah persepsi orang muda supaya boleh lawan soldadu-soldadu Bossku. Sekarang nampak tak agresif langsung. Jangan terlewat. Padah dibuatnya.

Just want to ask 'the man in the mirror', how was the feel of being challenged publicly by your long-time 'loyal' pupil who unconditionally stood by you through thick and thin for decades? Thing has now come full circle and hit you rock bottom. Did you give yourself some time for reflection, the ways you demonized Tun M's reputation in the eyes of public and all the appalling behind-closed-door illicit carnal indulgence? All this while, you gave green light to your gang of macai to attack Tun with unfounded accusations, one after another. Still, Tun has ungrudgingly spared some precious time which supposedly meant for administrative errands, attended your party's reconciliation gathering in order to offer some constructive advice for the mending of rift. I believe, the accusers were among the crowd. Shame on you, your offspring and the gang. That simply means that you are such a self-absorbed failure and dud to be named a party leader let alone be our next premier. Don't hope, not even dream about it.

Datuk,
Inspector-General of Police (IGP) Datuk Seri Abdul Hamid Bador said the two-year contract given to him by the government is enough for him to complete what he has set out to do, and even vowed that he would step down the moment he feels he is not doing the job right.

In a special interview with Malay Mail recently, Abdul Hamid said there will be no such thing as a holiday for him until his contract ends as he is entirely focused on rebranding the police force’s image.

I will say it now and later :
The 2 year contract for IGP Datuk Seri Hamid Bador is inadequate, and should be extended.
He has performed excellently and is doing a great job in tackling the ills of the police force, the nation left behind in chaos by the previous regime, and in supporting and upholding the vision of our PM Tun Mahathir, in bringing back law and order to the country.
He will be known as the one IGP who brought honor, excellence and duty back to PDRM.

For the above reasons, and not limited to these, this IGP must be given sufficient time to carry out these duties and responsibilities, not only to support Tun during his tenure as PM but also after.

Two years is too fleeting. Even the appointed Agong serves 5 years.
Thus let us put the IGP's terms of service in the proper perspective.

I say it now and will say it later.

Salam Dato,

Fully agree with our IGP that the "sex video scandal" is taking up too much time to investigate all that nonsense.
Stop all these ludicrous accusations, whether true or not, we don't care.
Anwar and Azmin please act your age and stop this finger pointing.
What we want is to see the SCR court case completed and the defendant convicted. The evidence, the witnesses, the documents, the paper and banking trials all go to prove without a shadow of doubt the total guilt of the defendant.
It is because Malaysia with the PH govt is now under the rule of law and justice that we must be patient.
In other dictator countries, we all know how justice is carried out!

Kalau polis sahkan pelaku dlm video tu Azmin, Azmin kecundang. Kalau polis sahkan dalang video tu Anwar, Anwar kecundang. Kalau polis sahkan dua2, Azmin dan Anwar dua2 kecundang. Nampak nya IGP mengambil jalan tengah. Pemilihan presiden pkr 2 thn lagi? Siapa menang dia ambil alih PM?

IGP should not whine about the Sandakan Semburit video. If not the police, who has the authority to investigate?

Whether one cares or not , a crime has been committed. Sodomy is a crime in Malaysia.

Age is not a factor concerning sexual preferences.

It seems some people are dumber than AA or AI since their lives evolved around SRC court case.

If the judicial outcome is not to your wants, then what will you do? Maybe jump from Petronas Twin Tower and end your pathetic life!

Law and justice said...

tunfatimah, yes sodomy is a crime in this country, so is money laundering, treason, murder, rape, incest, bribery, and all the economic ills of the nation brought about by people in power.
Pls read the PH manifesto to understand why the rakyat wants the SRC and 1MDB culprits to be charged and brought to court. The financial "rape" of the nation takes centre stage as it affects almost everyone from the lowly to the higherups.
